Good, good, and not so good…

I’ve had a busy few months and first off I want to let all my fans know that my latest scans show the cancer tumours have shrunk by half!!! My friends, family and doctors are all very excited about this news – as am I. I have agreed to continue with two extra rounds of this chemotherapy with the hope for a miraculous result – please send out good vibes/ prayers etc.

The second lot of good news is that I’ve bought my first house! It’s a gorgeous little house with a beautiful garden with chook shed, fruit trees and vegetable garden. We needed to move further north for schooling and to be closer to my family as I rely a lot on their help. Turned out renting was out of the question due to being on a pension, the astronomical cost of renting, and lack of rental properties. I then found out the government is helping those on a pension to get cheap home loans. So, the past few months I’ve been reducing my current belongings in my five bedroom house to help us fit into the maisonette we will be living in soon. Very exciting!

The not so good news is that with all that’s been going on in my life, I’ve only managed to complete the first draft of my upcoming anthology. Meaning it will unlikely be ready for publishing by Christmas as I had been hoping.

However, early next year I will be all settled in my new house with my new study completing my anthology – and hopefully be working on my new dystopian trilogy 📚

That’s it from me for now. If I don’t get another blog in by Christmas, then I wish you all a wonderful Christmas and New Year.
